LOVE AT COSON AS VINCENT ADAWAISI WEDS IN STYLE

There were celebrations around Copyright Society of Nigeria the weekend of Saturday the 11th of February as Mr. Vincent Adawaisi, COSON’s Head of Datatech invited friends and well wishers to the Assemblies of God Church, GRA Apapa to bear witness as he said “I do” to his belle Miss Charity Iheadindueme.
Prominent members of the COSON family present included the Society’s Chairman, Chief Tony Okoroji; Acting General Manager, Mr. Chinedu Chukwuji and Head of Finance and Administration Ms. Bernice Eremeghe. Also present were members of the COSON board such as Mr. Laolu Akins, Mr. Toju Ejueyitchie and friends of COSON like ace broadcaster, Mr. Patrick Doyle and Mr. Rasak Izebe.

In his sermon, Reverend S. E. Aneni of the Assemblies of God Church, urged young people to get married early and not wait until they have “made it” to settle down. He stressed that submission and love are key ingredients to any successful marriage as physical beauty can never supersede inner qualities.  He also encouraged the couple to respect God at all times and advised them to seek Pastoral guidance if ever the need arose.
On his part, Reverend Etim Oboh advised the couple on the importance of marriage vows, imploring them not to treat such vows as mere words when he joined them as man and wife. The ceremony was graced with the presence of family, friends and colleagues of the celebrants who poured out prayers to God for the success of their new life.
The groom, Mr. Adawaisi, full of smiles expressed his gratitude to God for making the day a reality and said,“on behalf of my lovely wife, I thank all who turned out to honour us today, we are truly overwhelmed by the show of love”.
Speaking, the Chairman Copyright Society of Nigeria, Chief Tony Okoroji, expressed his joy at the union and encouraged the couple to acknowledge God as the head of their new home. “Marriage is a beautiful thing”, he said, “I pray that they imbibe the words they have received today in the presence of God. I wish them the very best and a fruitful union”.
“All is well that ends well”, goes the popular saying and this is the wish of the COSON family for Vincent and Charity Adawaisi.
